Cubcall ("Service") is a family messaging service managed by adult parents and legal guardians, with profiles for their children. These Terms are an agreement between the company operating Cubcall and the adult account holder. In these Terms, "you" means that parent or guardian; "child" means a child using a profile with your authorization. By creating or accessing a parent account or approving a child’s access, you agree to these Terms.
Cubcall ("Company") reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service. Violation of any of the terms below may result in termination of your account.
Who Cubcall is for
- Adult parents and legal guardians manage family accounts, add or approve child profiles, and authorize their children to chat with friends and pets.
- A child may begin a signup request by choosing and naming a pet, but a parent or legal guardian must approve access before the child can chat. Beginning a request does not make the child the adult account holder.
- You must be an adult parent or legal guardian authorized to approve the child’s participation. Provide accurate account information and only use a mobile number you are authorized to use. You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of Cubcall.
- Pets on Cubcall are make-believe friends. They are not real animals and do not replace real-world care or supervision.
Account Terms
- You are responsible for keeping access to your parent account, login links, and approval codes secure. Other parents you add to the family can access its shared child profiles and pets. Only add adults authorized to manage that family.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate laws in your jurisdiction.
- Kids should only chat with people they already know. Cubcall is not a place to meet strangers.
- Do not share addresses, passwords, school names, or other private details in chats.
- You must not bully, threaten, or be unkind to other kids on the Service.
Text messages
- Cubcall sends transactional texts to adult parents and guardians for login links or codes, child access requests, family invitations, and related account notifications. These messages are not a service for children to exchange SMS messages.
- Messaging consent must come from the recipient. Agreeing to these Terms, entering someone else’s number, or inviting another parent does not provide that person’s consent to receive texts. Request messages only for a number you control, using the consent or request instructions shown in the relevant flow.
- Message frequency varies with login attempts, approval requests, and family account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Cubcall does not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Reply STOP to opt out of Cubcall texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@cubcall.xyz. Opting out may prevent delivery of login and approval links; contact support if you need help accessing your account.
Cancellation and Termination
- Your content will be inaccessible immediately upon cancellation. Within 30 days, content will be permanently deleted from backups and logs and cannot be recovered.
- We may terminate accounts that we determine are unlawful or violate these Terms of Service.
Modifications to the Service
Cubcall may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. If we introduce paid features later, prices may change with 30 days' notice posted on the Cubcall site or Service.
Data Ownership
- We claim no property rights over messages, pet names, or other content you create using the Service. That content remains yours or your child's, as applicable.
- The look and feel of the Service is copyright Cubcall. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate or reuse its code or visual design without written permission.
General Conditions
- Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Support is provided by email.
- The Company uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the technology required to run the Service.
- You must not modify, adapt, hack, reproduce, sell, or exploit the Service without written permission.
